$225 for M.D.I. members
$150 for men who would like to review the course
$250 non – M.D.I men
Payment due by January 20th
Times:
Saturday from 9:00 am until completion (approx 10:30 pm)
Sunday from 8:00 am until completion (approx 5pm)
Thursday pre-meeting (1/22) 8 to 10:30pm
